September 17, 2009 Regular Meeting with Public Hearing on Budget Agenda Item #21 Item Title C-9 Safety and Education Articulation Agreement between the School Board of Clay County , the Orange Park Town Council, the Town of Orange Park and the Orange Park Police Department Issue/Rationale To provide assistance in early intervention and enhance Safe Schools' efforts to all local schools, with emphasis on secondary schools including Youth Resource Officers. Recommended Action Approve the Safety and Education Articulation Agreement between the School Board of Clay County , the Orange Park Town Council, the Town of Orange Park and the Orange Park Police Department as submitted.
